    This is an independently developed product of Victory Technology International LTD, engineered specifically for manufacturing both leaded and lead-free solder billets as well as tin alloy billets. It serves as a dedicated feedstock supply solution for subsequent extrusion press processing.
    The machine is composed of a robust frame, heating mold unit, traction device, precision cutting device, efficient cooling system, hydraulic system, and integrated electrical control system.
    Upon completion of smelting, open the solder melt valve. The molten solder flows through the guide pipe into the temperature regulator of the billet casting machine, where its temperature is fine-tuned to reach the optimal casting range. Next, open the regulator’s discharge valve to allow the molten solder to fill the forming mold. After the solder fully cools and solidifies, the traction device pulls the formed billet out of the mold. When the billet is drawn to the preset length, the saw-blade cutting unit trims it to specification. The finished billets are then conveyed to the storage rack. The entire process is fully automated.

    The cutting length can be customized according to the billet length requirements of the user’s extrusion press, to meet the needs of downstream processes. In addition, the cooling system supplies cooling water with a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, ensuring efficient and consistent solidification of the solder billets.
