Product Description
This three-roller solder wire drawing machine adopts an integrated heavy-duty frame structure and a standardized three-roller wire feeding design, which is the core processing equipment for fine solder wire forming. The whole machine supports full-process drawing and straightening of solder wires with different specifications, covering mainstream production demands of leaded solder wire and environmental-friendly lead-free solder wire in the electronic packaging, circuit board welding and electronic component manufacturing industries.
Equipped with complete transmission, lubrication cooling, temperature control and automatic protection modules, the machine realizes full-automatic continuous drawing operation. It supports stepless speed regulation according to production requirements, and matches dual immersion and spray lubrication modes as well as constant temperature oil circulation system, which effectively improves the surface finish of finished solder wires and reduces production defects including wire scratches, deformation and breakage. In addition, the built-in automatic wire breakage shutdown device can realize unmanned monitoring of production process, greatly reducing manual operation costs and production risks.
