    Product Description

    The VT-26A Automatic Solder Bar Casting Machine is a new-generation high-efficiency and intelligent equipment developed to meet the development requirements of modern industrial production. It significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators and greatly improves production efficiency.
    The machine realizes the full automation of the entire production process: automatically pouring tin liquid from the attemperator into the solder bar mold, automatically lifting and lowering the component stamp, automatically ejecting the solder bar from the mold cavity, automatically catching the solder bar, and transporting it to the designated position through the conveying device. The whole process is efficient, energy-saving, and free of manual intervention.
    To use this machine, a tin melting furnace is required. Due to the machine's high output, it is recommended to equip one set of tin melting furnaces and tin pumps to melt tin liquid for the solder bar machine simultaneously, so as to improve production efficiency and reduce the waiting time for tin melting. A tin pump is required to achieve full automatic control.

    The machine is mainly composed of a frame, tin liquid attemperator, casting device, solder bar mold device, mold rotation device, mold discharge device, collection device, discharge device, component stamp device, cooling system, stable hydraulic system, and advanced electrical control system.     Main Components Details

    1. Tin Liquid Attemperator: Closed structure with heating plate heating mode, equipped with a liquid level sensor and hydraulic detection system. It can automatically supplement tin liquid with the tin melting furnace through a tin pump, and can also be connected with the tin discharge valve of the high-level tin melting furnace to ensure stable tin liquid supply.
    2. Casting Device: Adopts full automatic casting mode. The tin pot extracts tin liquid from the attemperator and pours it by tilting. The tin pot is an integrated structure with 26 casting holes, and each tin mold slot is matched with a dedicated small casting nozzle. The tin pot also has a high-precision weighing function, with a single solder bar weight error range of 0~50g, strictly ensuring the consistent weight of each solder bar and realizing accurate metering casting.
    3. Solder Bar Mold Device: The mold plate is made of high-quality K460 mold steel (high-strength mold steel) with an integral thick plate structure. It is equipped with a built-in circulating water cooling system, and the water inlet and outlet pipes are connected by rotating joints. This ensures efficient and uniform cooling of the mold, improves the forming speed of solder bars, and prolongs the service life of the mold.
    4. Mold Rotation Device: Adopts the solder bar self-discharging mode by turning. The oil cylinder pushes the rack transmission mechanism to realize the stable turning action of the mold, which is the key to the automatic demoulding of solder bars and ensures the smooth progress of the production process.
    5. Mold Discharge Device: The solder bar thimble adopts a pressure ejection mode. When the template is turned over, the pressure plate on the thimble ejects the cooled solder bar under the push of the component stamp oil cylinder; after the template is reset, the thimble automatically retracts to the initial position. The structure is simple and reliable, with a high matching degree with the production rhythm.
    6. Collection Device: Adopts the automatic lifting mode of a supporting plate type oil cylinder, which can effectively and stably catch the solder bars falling from the template and place them neatly on the transport pallet or conveyor chain, avoiding disorder and collision of products during the blanking process.
    7. Discharge Device: The solder bar discharge adopts a linear automatic transportation mode, realizing the seamless connection between the blanking and collection of solder bars, ensuring the continuous and smooth transportation of products, improving the overall production efficiency, and avoiding scratches on the surface of solder bars, making the product arrangement more neat.
    8. Component Stamp Device: Driven by an oil cylinder to realize automatic lifting, it can accurately complete the stamping operation of solder bars during the production process and ensure clear marking of product components.
    9. Electrical Control: Adopts a PLC control system with a touch screen human-machine interactive design. The operation interface is intuitive and the operation steps are simple, which is convenient for operators to set parameters in real time, monitor the production process, and handle abnormal conditions.
    10. Cooling System: Requires the user to provide a water source, with an inlet water temperature not exceeding 30°C, a water pressure of 0.2~0.4MPa, and a water consumption of about 5~8 cubic meters per hour. The system has high heat exchange efficiency and fast cooling speed, which shortens the product forming cycle and reduces energy consumption while ensuring the forming effect.
