Product Description
This hydraulic solder bar cutter works with an extruder to automatically measure the length of extruded solder bars, control weight accurately, perform automatic cutting, and stamp logos and alloy information on the bar surface.It solves defects of traditional casting methods, such as inconsistent weight, poor quality, easy contamination and surface oxidation, and produces high-quality solder bars with improved production safety.The machine is mainly suitable for square and rectangular solder bars of specified sizes (one specification can be selected).
Main Components
Frame, guide device, marking and cutting device, length measuring device, collection table, hydraulic system, electrical control system.
Working Principle
After leaving the extruder, the solder bar enters the machine, is straightened and aligned, and moves forward along the guide rod. Length measurement is controlled by a limit switch. When the front end reaches the switch control point, a signal is triggered: two hydraulic cylinders press down to stamp the logo, and the cutting cylinder pushes the blade to cut the bar.During marking and cutting, all relevant parts move synchronously to avoid bending or deformation of the solder bar. After cutting, the length measuring device resets, the solder bar falls to the collection table, and the cylinder arranges the bars neatly for packaging.
