Product Description

This heavy-duty take-up machine is mainly composed of machine frame, driving assembly, bobbin clamping unit, tension guide roller group, polished rod wire traverser, copper traversing wheel set and electrical control cabinet.

Driving assembly:
Consists of main motor, electromagnetic brake, thimble and hand wheel. The motor transmits power to electromagnetic brake via V-belt, then drives the winding spindle. The electromagnetic brake realizes full-bobbin braking and emergency stop.

Clamping unit:
Fitted with thimble and manual clamping mechanism, enabling fast installation and fixation of bobbins for continuous wire take-up.

Wire traversing system:
Combined self-reciprocating traversing + polished rod traverser. Auxiliary polished rod structure greatly improves winding neatness for φ2~φ4mm thick wires. The whole machine adopts well-known brand electrical components for stable performance, long service life and low failure rate.
