Application

VT-08A-2 is a special finished product packaging equipment for the solder wire production process, featuring a double take-up spool structure that enables simultaneous winding on 2 plastic take-up spools. It is dedicated to the winding and packaging of various leaded and lead-free solder wires with a diameter of φ0.8mm~φ1.6mm. The equipment can directly connect to the solder wires drawn by wire drawing machines, precisely wind the wires onto bobbins and complete standardized arrangement, serving as a core final process equipment in solder wire production.

Machine Structure

As a high-precision automatic winding equipment, the machine is composed of six core components: machine frame, driving device, clamping device, tension pulley set, wire arranging copper wheel set and electrical control unit. Its structural design balances practicality, stability and operational convenience, with an elegant overall appearance, low running noise and high wire arrangement neatness.

1. Driving device: Equipped with key components such as motor, electromagnetic brake and thimble. Power is stably transmitted from the motor to the winding spindle via V-belts, and the electromagnetic brake configured on the spindle enables dual functions of accurate spool-full braking and emergency machine stop, ensuring operational safety and winding precision.

2. Clamping device: Fitted with a special ejector head and a clamping cylinder, replacing the traditional manual clamping structure. It realizes fast and firm clamping of bobbins, accurately meets the requirements of take-up operation, and greatly improves the efficiency of clamping and spool changing.

The whole machine is simple and convenient to operate, with neat wire arrangement and beautiful forming during production, combining high production efficiency with humanized operation experience.
