VT series water-tank solder wire drawing machines include four models: VT-17D, VT-21Z, VT-21X and VT-28W, which gradually draw Φ9mm solder bars down to 0.3mm ultra-fine wires. Featuring sturdy wear-resistant steel frames, constant tension control and circulating cooling, they auto-stop on wire breakage. Optional fully enclosed cabinets cut noise and dust. Compatible with leaded & lead-free tin alloys, the machines can be connected in series for automatic production with low wire breakage, energy efficiency and customizable setups for electronic welding industries.
