VT series water-tank solder wire drawing machines include four models: VT-17D, VT-21Z, VT-21X and VT-28W, which gradually draw Φ9mm solder bars down to 0.3–0.37mm ultra-fine wires. Featuring sturdy wear-resistant steel frames, constant tension control and circulating cooling, they auto-stop on wire breakage. Optional fully enclosed cabinets cut noise and dust. Compatible with leaded & lead-free tin alloys, the machines can be connected in series for automatic production with low wire breakage, energy efficiency and customizable setups for electronic welding industries.

Product Description

The VT series water-tank solder wire drawing machines are horizontal multi-die continuous drawing equipment independently developed by Victory Technology, including four matched models for staged wire reduction:

1. VT-17D Large Diameter Drawing Machine

The first-stage rough drawing unit, specially for drawing raw solder bar from Φ9mm down to Φ4.3mm. It handles thick tin alloy ingots/rods as initial processing equipment of the whole solder wire production line, supporting high-volume continuous rough drawing of leaded and lead-free solder alloys.

2. VT-21Z Medium Diameter Drawing Machine

Secondary intermediate drawing machine, matched after VT-17D, drawing wire from Φ4.3mm to Φ1.8mm. Equipped with 21 drawing dies, stable tension control to reduce wire breakage during medium-size reduction, suitable for mass production of medium specification solder wire.

3. VT-21X Small Diameter Drawing Machine

Tertiary fine drawing unit, processing wire from Φ1.8mm to Φ0.8mm. Adopts optimized small-tension drawing structure, chrome-plated capstan to improve wire surface brightness, ideal for solid wire and flux-cored solder wire fine drawing.

4. VT-28W Micro Fine Drawing Machine

Final ultra-fine drawing equipment with 28 drawing dies, drawing Φ0.8mm wire down to Φ0.3–0.37mm micro solder wire. Compact low-vibration design, precision temperature control system to guarantee ultra-fine wire roundness and surface finish for electronic precision welding applications.

General Application Scope

All four models support drawing of leaded solder, lead-free tin-silver, tin-copper, tin-bismuth and other tin alloy wires, matching solder bar casting, extrusion and winding machines to form a full automatic solder wire production line for electronics assembly, PCB soldering, hardware welding industries.

3. Intelligent Constant Tension System
Equipped with pneumatic swing tension roller, air pressure adjustable according to wire diameter; sensor linkage with frequency converter to automatically adjust drawing speed, stable tension without wire snapping, especially suitable for ultra-fine wire processing.

4. Constant Temperature Circulating Cooling & Lubrication System
Built-in water circulation tank with heating tube and radiator dual temperature regulation; dual lubrication of immersion + spray, matched with die box stirring device to prevent lubricant agglomeration, keep stable lubrication effect all year round.

5. Complete Safety Protection & Automatic Alarm
Standard wire break automatic stop, overload protection, emergency stop button; optional PLC human-machine interface with real-time display of speed, temperature, running fault alarm data.

6. Modular Matching Design
Four models are dimensionally and technically matched, can be connected in series to realize one-stop continuous drawing from raw solder bar to finished micro solder wire, easy to combine with unwinding, annealing and winding equipment.
