Automatic Gold&Silver Ingot Cutting Machine
Product Description
This machine is specially developed for cutting gold and silver ingots. It is composed of a frame, cutting assembly, automatic feeding assembly, hydraulic system and electrical control system, adopting hydraulic shearing cutting technology.
The cutting assembly installed on the frame is fitted with guide grooves, upper shear blade and lower shear blade. A rectangular outlet under the blades enables cut ingot segments to slide down into the material collection box.
Working Principle
Put the ingot into the feeding groove and press the automatic cutting button.
1.The feeding mechanism automatically pushes the ingot to the cutting station and halts feeding once the target cutting length is achieved;
2.The clamping device fastens the ingot firmly on the blade holder;
3.The upper blade descends to shear the ingot; finished pieces drop into the collection box by gravity;
4.The machine automatically resets after cutting, and the feeding unit restarts material feeding for the next cutting cycle.
Operators can freely adjust the cutting length according to processing demands. The shear blades feature sharp cutting edges. A specific inclined angle is designed on the upper blade to reduce shear pressure, relieve blade load and prolong blade service life.
