    Boasting a rugged exterior with a welded steel plate structure, the furnace ensures long-lasting durability and structural stability.     It is equipped with a pioneering stirring mechanism that redefines homogeneous melting standards. The continuous mixing action achieves complete fusion of tin and auxiliary materials, forming a uniformly blended liquid solder bath.     A meticulously designed exhaust hood—made from high-quality welded steel components—is securely mounted atop the tin pot. Optimized for seamless integration with solder casting and processing workflows, the hood is fitted with a dedicated top smoke outlet, ready for connection to on-site smoke exhaust systems. This design effectively removes fumes and residues, fostering a clean, safe, and compliant working environment that aligns with modern industrial safety and sustainability standards.
