Boasting a rugged exterior with a welded steel plate structure, the furnace ensures long-lasting durability and structural stability. Its internal tin pot is crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, featuring superior heat retention and corrosion resistance to sustain consistent, efficient melting operations.

It is equipped with a pioneering stirring mechanism that redefines homogeneous melting standards. The continuous mixing action achieves complete fusion of tin and auxiliary materials, forming a uniformly blended liquid solder bath. Composed of a high-torque motor and precision-machined stirring impeller shafts, the stirring device guarantees smooth, stable, and low-maintenance performance.

A meticulously designed exhaust hood—made from high-quality welded steel components—is securely mounted atop the tin pot. Optimized for seamless integration with solder casting and processing workflows, the hood is fitted with a dedicated top smoke outlet, ready for connection to on-site smoke exhaust systems.
