The direct lead ingot extrusion press is an independently‑developed large‑tonnage horizontal extruder integrating four core systems: mechanical, hydraulic, heating and control systems. Adopting direct extrusion process and master‑slave cylinder combined structure, it directly takes rectangular lead ingots as raw materials without melting and rod‑casting procedures, which reduces material loss and environmental pollution. Equipped with fixed extrusion rod, extended cylinder stroke, automatic feeding chain and fully‑automatic vacuum device, it removes air inside die cavity during extrusion to eliminate surface defects such as bubbles. With PLC touch‑screen intelligent control system, 24V DC safe control circuit, high‑precision temperature control module, automatic fault alarm & diagnosis and timing preheating function, the machine features time‑saving, labor‑saving, low energy consumption, safe and stable operation for large‑scale and high‑efficiency lead ingot extrusion production.

Product Description

Direct Lead Ingot Extrusion Press is independently developed by Victory Technology International LTD, engineered in line with the latest development trend of the lead processing industry. It is specialized in the high-efficiency extrusion of lead ingots, adopting a direct extrusion process that uses rectangular lead ingots as raw materials without the need for melting and casting them into round rods first. This innovative design simplifies the production flow, eliminates the material loss caused by melting and rod-casting procedures, and reduces environmental pollution.

The machine adopts a master-slave cylinder combination structure: the slave cylinder is responsible for fast forward feeding, while the master cylinder undertakes the core lead ingot extrusion work. Equipped with a fixed extrusion rod structure and extended cylinder stroke, it shortens the waiting time of the master cylinder after the slave cylinder returns independently, significantly improving the overall operational efficiency.

As one of our advanced large-tonnage horizontal extruders, it integrates four core systems: mechanical system, hydraulic system, heating system, and control system. It is developed by absorbing international cutting-edge technologies, featuring the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving and low energy consumption.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum device: during the extrusion process, the vacuum pump extracts excess air in the die to maintain a vacuum state in the die cavity. This effectively reduces surface defects such as bubbles on the extruded lead ingots, with the entire vacuuming process fully automated.

Core Component Specifications

Master Cylinder: Piston-type cylinder manufactured with German technology. The rated working pressure is 220 kg/cm² (22 MPa). The hydraulic system delivers stable constant speed performance, ensuring uniform metal flow and stable extrusion, as well as firm interface bonding of finished products.

Built-in Slave Cylinder: Rated working pressure 22 MPa, characterized by fast feeding speed and compact structure.
