Product Description

This cutting machine is exclusively developed for processing pure silver and gold ingots. It consists of four core assemblies: machine frame, cutting unit, hydraulic system and electrical control system. Cutting relies on hydraulic shearing principle. The cutting unit fitted on the frame is equipped with guide grooves, upper and lower cutting blades, and a square blanking hole under the blades for cut silver and gold fragments to fall into the collection box.

Operation steps: Push silver and gold ingots manually under the cutting blades, then press the cutting button. The hydraulic cylinder drives the upper blade downward to shear off the silver and gold ingot. The cutting blades are flat shear blades. The upper blade is designed with a specific inclined angle to lower shear load and prolong blade service life. It adopts manual feeding mode: users manually push the silver and gold ingot to adjust cutting thickness for each cut as required.
