Product Description

The Solder Wire Extrusion Press is a multi-functional extrusion equipment integrated with a PLC numerical control system, and has obtained the patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of China. As an advanced horizontal extruder independently developed by our company based on absorbed foreign advanced technologies, it consists of five core systems: mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, heating system and numerical control system. It boasts significant advantages of time-saving, labor-saving, low energy consumption and stable performance.

1. Lead-Tin Alloy Wire

- Extrusion Specification: φ5–φ16mm

- Applicable Material: Lead-tin alloy wire with lead content ranging from 10% to 99.95%

2. Lead-Free Solder Wire

- Extrusion Specification: φ5–φ16mm

- Applicable Materials:

- Tin-Copper lead-free solder wire

- Tin-Silver lead-free solder wire

- Tin-Silver-Copper lead-free solder wire

- Tin-Zinc lead-free solder wire (zinc content ≤25%)

3. Lead-Containing / Lead-Free Solder Bar

- Matching Requirement: A cutting and coding machine is required to be configured.

1. Main Oil Vat: Crafted with a plunger-type cylinder utilizing advanced German technology.The vat boasts a diameter of 450mm with a rated working pressure of 21Mpa. The hydraulic system features a steady speed structure, ensuring unparalleled stability in the extrusion of both metal and flux.

2. Inside Oil Vat: Featuring a 120mm diameter and a working pressure of 21Mpa. Experience the benefit of rapid oil injection, significantly reducing idle times and boosting productivity.

3. Hydraulic Components: Equipped with one hydraulic variable pump and one hydraulic plunger pump.

4. Hydraulic Valves: Includes 8 precision-engineered valves.

5. Speed Control Valve: Incorporates cutting-edge variable valve technology for superior control.

6. Motor: Powered by premium China (Dong Guan Motor) technology, featuring dual sets rated at 11KW-6 and 3KW-4.
