Product Description
VT-ZQ automatic solder ball casting machine integrates electric heating tin liquid warm box, tin liquid valve, automatic casting ladle and automatic rotating ball mould. It is specially used for casting tin and lead alloy balls.
● Warm box: Stores and controls metal liquid temperature; body adopts 10 mm steel plate, inner box uses SS316 stainless steel welded with 16 mm A3 steel plate, heated by electric heater; equipped with cylinder-driven sealed tin liquid valve for automatic liquid feeding.
● Auto casting ladle: Made of one-piece thick steel plate with precision machining; equipped with independent temperature control system to avoid nozzle blockage; driven by cylinder to control pouring angle and ensure consistent ball size and weight.
● Solder ball mould: Made of hot die steel; equipped with cooling water circulation at both ends to accelerate cooling and improve production efficiency.
