Pneumatic Solder Ball Casting Machine

The VT-18P pneumatic solder ball machine is patented automated casting equipment for making full spherical leaded and lead-free solder balls. It replaces unsafe, low-efficiency manual pouring. With internal mold circulating cooling and pneumatic cylinder driving, it cuts labor intensity and burn risks, delivers smooth, low-deformation solder balls, and features compact layout for easy daily maintenance.

    Product Description

This patented device is specially developed for solder ball mass production, solving drawbacks of traditional manual casting that only produces hemispheres. Melted tin liquid is poured into two V-shaped grooves on the top cover, flowing through tapered holes into spherical mold cavities. Excess tin and impurities solidify inside the V-grooves. After internal mold circulation cooling shapes the solder balls, operators pull two pneumatic valves sequentially to lift the top cover and separate movable templates. Finished solder balls drop by gravity through chutes into collection boxes, then the valves reset for repeated production cycles. It supports casting both leaded and lead-free solder balls.
