Product Description
The VT-ZQ Auto Semi-ball Casting Machine consists of an electric heating warm box, cylinder-driven tin liquid valve, heated automatic ladle, 8-station rotary semi-ball mold, chute, and hydraulic control system.
● The warm boxstores molten metal and maintains process temperature via electric heating tubes.
● The automatic ladleis precision-machined with 22 nozzles for uniform single-cycle casting, supported by independent temperature control to prevent clogging.
● The 8-station rotary mold(hot-work die steel) holds 22 cavities per station, enabling water cooling for fast solidification and automatic gravity-centrifugal demolding.
● Cast parts are collected through a chute into a container for continuous automated production.
